Ticket checking intense Karne ke liye aur staff chahiye. Aur increasing staff/manpower railway ka sabse jyada budget consuming part hai. Aur Metro ke jaise ticketing technology IR me bahut costly padega. Agar subsidy Dena hi hai bpl ke liye to unke liye income based concession mst banaye ja sakte hain . Par unke alawa Bali passengers ke liye to rate badhna hi chahiye
