yes you are right these factors matters a lot .every one is not that lucky . if i want to do some rail fanning i have to go to ndls 13km away from my home then buy a platform ticket then after take some pics while hiding yourself with a huge no. of cops at ndls. but this guy is lucky enough . :-)
