Not a good TT for 12398 as it reached exactly midnight on BBU, KQR, SSM, & DOS. And its bad for rural persons, they have to wait for morning to reach their villages. Its my personnel view.
Every place could not be provided a morning arrival, but I think that atleast destination should have been provided a morning arrival.

Better TT for 12398: NDLS 14:05, CNB Arr 19:15 Dep 19:20, ALD Arr 21:45 Dep 21:50, MGS Arr 00:30 Dep 00:40. And provide Overtaking of all rajdhani between MGS and Chandauli then BBU around 2:30 and SSM around 3:15 and finally Gaya at 5:00.
