I am booked a ticket from Jammu tavi to New delhi for Sampark Kranti Exp (2446). Its arrival time in New Delhi is at 6:25 AM. And, I am planning to book a ticket from New Delhi to Mubai for Garib Rath, which is scheduled to depart from Rohila Saraya at 9:20 AM. I am confused with the margin of 2:55 Hrs. Can you pleas suggest me, is this a good idea or not. And also suggest me the history of Sampark Kranti

It will be too risky because if you check the arrival history of this train at New Delhi you get the clear picture.
To check the arrival history of this train just select this train and goto arrival/departure history section.

Also check the departure history of Bandra Garib Rath as this may also be late, and then your time would be sufficient.

Garib Rath originating station is Sarai Rohilla. Unless there is fog or other issues, it WILL LEAVE on time... if it has been late in the recent past, it is due to FOG. Now normal working has been restored as far as I know. Good wishes.
But yes, 2.55 hours is little risky. The passenger should check the Delhi metro website for connections to Sarai Rohilla. The link is delhimetrorail.com.

There is no metro connection to DEE (sarai rohilla). One has to take an auto/taxi for reaching DEE. as you know, its just abt 6 kms towards anand parbat. this blogger can take a prepaid auto from ajmeri gate side and go.
if SK reaches in time, he has plenty of time even for breakfast etc. if its late, is risky but even if he has margin of 1 hr, it will be ok. BDTS GR from DEE leaves on time, and is a very good train as i hav travelled in this train.

probs are not there now and route delays can hamper the train reaching on time.
On seeing the arr/dep history, except during fog days, SK is doing good. on 1.2.2010 its on time.
Let us all join for wishing the train to arrive in ndls at right time.
