ECR, NCR, NER uses Urdu as a third language and you will see all Station Boards of these zones written in all three language & I.e Hindi, English and Urdu. Here the train belongs to WCR and it strictly follows only two languages and those are Hindi and English. BTW Kota-NZM Janshatabdi which is also a WCR train don't have any regional name then why this train is taken as an isolated case.
