I don't see any reason for a 45 min halt at Roha. There is no loco change/reversal.

May b it waits for Mangala to overtake it..
I think it should start Dadar at 9:50 instead of 7:50, the 45 mins halt at Roha, 1Hr of slack between Panvel and Roha and few more slacks between Sangameshwar and Ratnagiri should be removed
