Island should be speeded up by removing all unnecessary halts. RSA b/w Island and CAPE-MS should be discarded because turnaround time is very less.
Sir , this illogical RSA was suggested to SR & SWR by the same association which blames SR . Those ppl wants everything in their convenience
Island can RSA with NCJ SBC Turn around time will be fine. CAPE MS can RSA with PC as before. that will save rake for SWR also SR can run its train good. but KKRUA receiving what they asked for . let them realize their foolishness before getting such good things.
Island and KK exp having RSA is good in the sense that it eliminates 1 rake and may free PF at NCJ. If I am right, Island was taken to NCJ. The first daily train from South is CAPE which reaches MS at 6:45. Families withsmall kids who reach Chennai by that train cannot go to school on that day itself. KK exp can take the slot of Silambu/NCJ weekly (and vice versa) so that it reaches MS by 5:45. But now itself the turn around time is very less.So my suggestion is SWAP SBC-KCVL and SBC-CAPE Island exp timings and SWAP CAPE-MS and Silambu/NCJ-MS timing
