Just 1 3AC in Bihar Sampark Kranti exp & the waiting on 8th November from Darbhanga to New Delhi is standing at gnwl 159/105........one can imagine the extent of rush & the importance given to his train............moreover railways should stop giving such high waiting list after consideing the he total no seats available................I think just 16-18 seats are available this train in 3ac in gnwl quota............also it badly needs one more 3ac..............
