MPS depends both on the load hauled and the gear ratio of the loco. In this case, the gear ratio is the limitation. And if the MPS of the loco is increased to 110, then it will loose some hauling capacity as for a fixed locomotive power ( 6350 HP in this case), you can either get high MPS or high hauling ability but not both.
I think the speed limits of 105 kmph that you mentioned are for routes that are not maintained to C & M 1 Vol 1 standards ( in simple words, routes not maintained to Rajdhani standards). RDSO releases speed certificates for multiple track construction and maintenance standards. You can find...
