Dear friend, this is a good train and touches new converted route which is currently not having enough trains. Surat have a substantial traffic for the Rajasthan & northward till J&K, this train may get good patronage.
There are a few observations/suggestions which could make this train mush better with guaranteed success:
(1) Mumbai does not have a daily regular connectivity with JAT/UHP/SVDK
(2) Mumbai...

does not have regular connectivity to 325 km stretch between Hisar-Sadulpur-Churu-Ratangarh-Didwana & Degana (except biweekly connection). There is good traffic from this region to Mumbai.
(3) There is no connectivity from SVDK to Mumbai.
(4) Its arrival at destination (ST) is 3:00 am which is odd.
Extension of the train to BCT/BDTS shall help people of the region like anything. Even the frequency may be increased from weekly to triweekly for the extended train.
