Correct. Basically Moderator and all the Timeline Monitors (TLMs) can make the required changes in the timeline without any verification. But for a normal member, there will be a verification for any timeline (TL) entry. Red circular stamp stands for waitlisted (WL) entry. Whenever a normal member makes one entry, it will be WL first. Once the verification is done, it will turn either (1) green (Confirmed, CNF), which means approved or (2) grey (Void), which means cancelled or rejected. I am one of the TLMs, and that's why I have got the authority to verify TL entries.

fact you also can take part in making TL entries. But for that you need to get Ratings more than 100, which is 19 for you right now. Once you cross 100, you will able to see "edit" buttons in the train and station pages, using which you can make TL entries.

And I will look into your request as well. One question, are you sure that LGD P-4 is a regular link? Because we don't add any offlinks from the basis of one or two observations. Kindly get back to me, in case if you have any query. Thanks.
