Ok. Thanks.
Now I understand what timeline is. Some new info a member gives, which some admin or monitor approves and updates.

I saw his entry. Now it has a red circular stamp which says WL. What does that mean?

Correct. Basically Moderator and all the Timeline Monitors (TLMs) can make the required changes in the timeline without any verification. But for a normal member, there will be a verification for any timeline (TL) entry. Red circular stamp stands for waitlisted (WL) entry. Whenever a normal member makes one entry, it will be WL first. Once the verification is done, it will turn either (1) green (Confirmed, CNF), which means approved or (2) grey (Void), which means cancelled or rejected. I am one of the TLMs, and that's why I have got the authority to verify TL entries.
