yes, yesterday at CHK, it was halted for nearly 1.5 hours and all raj OT it the way they do with RNC GR often.
And today, after 12301 left CNB, it faced similar OTs starting from 12423, 12313, 22811 and even 12439. NCR is unpredictable.

Might have been some failure or problem with hwh raj.....otherwise it does not get looped for ots....
Loco failure... minor problem with converter. Attended and rectified.. loco did problem again while being shunted.. attended at NDLS
