he didnt change the fare of Non-AC class & sub-urban knowing well that these people will not migrate to Aviation.
but he need to please Aviation sector friends so he increased AC class fare every 3 months, so that train passengers can migrate to Flights. And then Govt. introduced Regional sector airlines scheme.

of using gimmicks like premium tatkal, Dynamic fare, flexi fare, Premium train, special Fare train, Gatimaan etc..IR should have increased fare of all class :
Let say for example Non-AC class including Sub-urban: fare should have been increased Rs 20/ 500 km.
& For AC Class : fare should have been increased Rs 30/ 500 km.
Now IR loosing money in festive season. who would have thought this will happen.
Ticket of Dhanbad in 12314 Rajdhani is 2600 for 3AC now. it used to be Rs 1400 in 2014
