Makes sense. Earlier on IRI, it was updated correctly using the Delhi Ring Rail. Then someone updated it skip NDLS and that created confusion. It's been corrected again, I see.
BTW, the only train that skips NDLS is DEE-YPR Duronto.

poora ulta pulta hisab hai delhi division ka jisko nzm se originate hona chahiye use dee se(duronto) , aur dee wale ko nzm se(JS). Fir kehte hain ki lines kam pad rahi hai ji new trains nahi chala sakte
