Once you update the TB for a particular train, it automatically updates the same for the return train. No need to do it twice.
You have already updated the TB /timeline/entry/1025123 for 13237. As it got approved, it also set the TB for 13238 as well.
You can verify it in the page of 13238 as well. Ok?
