Some days ago I noticed that LP is doing Worship of Loco at Jhansi of Goa Express, I want to ask one thing that running a train is really a tough work in IR...
If yes then what is the salary of LP/ALP who did a great job for us and plays an important role in our whole journey bcoz we were dependent on them without knowing them....

I know that people shows their prays and did worship etc, but in that time I was really shocked he it's 12 am and LP takes water in kalash and sprinkle on LOCO and then dhup batti jala kr pure train ki aarti utaari, tbhi signal hua aur ALP ne horn di, then train start hui aur LP puja kr rha tha, isly munhe laga shayad LP ka kaam bhut tough hota h aur isly vo log itna puja krte honge,
