Indian Railway have to be switched off lights during broad day sun light times.
Moreover the outdated Incandescent bulbs have to be replaced in all the coaches / railway premises by the energy efficient LED bulbs in collaboration with the Energy Minister Honourable.PuseGoyal.

Incandescent bulb gives less efficiency light with huge heat compare to LED and induce global warming throughout the day.

That produced Electricity may be stored or effectively utilized in some other forms instead of wasting by switch on lights.

Sir, would you kindly tell where else would you use that electricity ? Would you use it to power a washing machine or a refrigerator or a microwave oven ? ;-)
Their is NO wastage at all, no fossil fuel is being consumed here....
