The double line is started till bathinda C Cabin and only 3 km is remaining to finish this work which will be completed in december 2016.
And Wat about electrification? ?

Poles are erected upto maisar khana and work is going from maisar khana to kot fateh..target electrification march 207
99.9% electrification work done between rok nrw including wiring at all stations en route except jind &nrw
in jind only wiring is left and in nrw almost everything is left.
between nrw and jhl work is going on both electrification and changing of semaphores +block cabin interlocking with PI. that's why it is taking more time.
