gaurav.shankar19 4 blog postsI travelled in this trainon 27 October from MAS to RNC. Journey was hassle free. No dirty toilets. No bad food. No bad service from staffs. Bang on time. Given the length of the journey, I always expected it to be exhausting which it wasn't. :-)
Wow. Good to hear feedback like this for this train which generally is a bit low on cleanliness etc. I think the onboard OBHS presence probably makes a diff. While generally punctuality is not an issue for this train for the huge slack, it is the other areas like cleanliness, food etc which were concerns most of the time.
