Struck in Land Acquisition Hurdles??

I think no problem with land, CR is quite slow on progress. Another example, one of the oldest BG line between Daund and Kalaburagi(GR) part of bombay-madras line is being doubled now.

CR is very very slow compare to other division. Final Location survey, land Acquisition and Tenders are done long time back. Sufficient fund already allocated to this project. Still no ground work started yet. This project it will take 20 yr for compilation, If this kind of delay happen.

Pune corporation elections are nearing. So no surprise we are seeing many announcements like this :)
