1. I want to book a ticket in Rajdhani express train (22691) on 8th december 2016 from SBC to BPL. current status is PQWL13/WL12. what is chance to get confirmed.
2. Second case, if i book a ticket and current waiting is 12 and after sometimes it gets confirmed. then will railway my apply dynamic charges on this ticket and collected by TT in Tarin during journey time.
