Misenkiser 536 blog postsI travelled by this train recently from NZM to PNVL and was surprised to find that this train has only 4 regular Sleeper coaches and 1 AC3T coach and probably this is one of the few trains in which the number of General coaches(6) exceeds the no of Sleeper coaches.
The train is comparable to any of the SK trains but too much running time is given from Surat to Panvel.
Sadly the train lacks a Pantry car for a 2 nights/3 days journey and with very few halts in between it is...

Thank you very much for the above posting. I have booked ticket for my family in this train On May 4, 2010 from PNVL to CAN. So U R information is great helpful for those who are travelling in this train.
Difficult to get a Pantry Car. How will the contractor make business with only 4 SL and 1 AC3T?
