what is the difference of facility between 2ac an 3ac coach of this train?

If you compare the entire menu of all the AC Classes, then it is indeed not a big difference.
However differences are there, and even if it is quite a subtle one, it is indeed noticeable.
For example: Morning breakfast is same throughout all the AC Classes. Except for the fact that Banana is provided along in 1AC.
