Yup. But IR is planning to increase the MPS of NDLS-HWH section from 130 km/h to 160 km/h. In that case, HWH can get WAP5 :D
Treat to watch P5 burning the tracks with the oldest train of IR. Awesome speed..great video!
Then we can once again see a WAP5 as the regular link for the Howrah Raj!! The train for which the loco was imported. :)
It can happen. IR has plans to operate HWH Rajdhani at 160. If they opt for TALGO, one unit would be more than sufficient. But for semi high speed with 22 LHB coaches, two units will be required for 160.
