If this is the case then, who so ever was supposed to do maintenance should be held accountable and case of Manslaughter and Homicide should be filed, because of their negligence 100+ people died. Accountability has to be there.
I hope Railways fix this issue and update their maintenance, after all they charge us big bucks toooo.
