It is just a special train, not a regular one. Specials have the fundamental right to be delayed in reaching their destination. may not be this one. But why are you interested to pay a superfast surcharge of 20/-

Ok. I understand, but if you think the other way, I mean if the same train is made regular and is follows neat arrival departure history then it can be dependable , because its departure time from BZA and arrival at SC is perfect, paying Rs. 20 would be worthy if we can have a reliable train, instead of cutting short on fare and regretting for poor traveling experience. regards-Saptarishi
