Jan Satabdi Express trains in Kerala(# 12075/12076/12081/12082) are running with quite a few regular Chaircars instead of Jan Chaircars. Last week a 1994 Chaircar(# SR/WGSCZ/94615) was substituted for D2 in 12075/76.
Most of the 2002 made Jan Chaircars in both these trains are going to be due for rehabilitation next year when they complete 15 years of service; wonder what the plight of passengers paying 'Shatabdi' fare is going to be!
