CRS inspection for newly electrified rail route Sitapur (SCC) city Junction (SPC) - Roza (ROZA) section has been done and it is big success confirmed by Moradabad DRM (see attachment)
Moradabad DRM said "Electric loco trial completed successfully on newly electrified ROZA -SPC section today means on 26-Nov-2016
Now we have an alternative electrified route which is available from Gorakhpur (GKP) to Moradabad (MB) via SCC/SPC

Its not clear yet that whether CRS inspection also been performed for Sitapur city Junction (SPC) - Sitapur cutchery (STRK) - Sitapur cantt
(SCC) section whcih is just 4
4 Km or not
Until SPC-STRK-SCC section is not electrified successfully it's not possible to run e-loc's at GKP-SCC-MB route post which we can have an alternative electrified route which is available from Gorakhpur (GKP) to Moradabad (MB) via SCC/SPC
