What is reason that in spite of arrival of 11448 with very minor delay( less than a hour), 11447 har roj 1 hr delay start kar rahi hai JBP se?
Kuchh technical work chal raha hai kya? or kisi train ka intezaar karti hai?

Wcr ppl know train timings are very slow even if 11447 departs an hour or one and half hour late from jbp still it will still leave wcr zone early and reach sgrl ontime even early at sgrl. So they depart late . This is only 100kmph fit , 250km long section where every train has avg speed of below 50kmph .
This train departs JBP at 23:50. All the boarders arrive on time, pack their luggage and go to sleep. This train does not find any significant boarders from intermediate stations. Major one remains Singrouli. Here it arrives more or less on time because of huge slack given.
