i have ticket in 12560 which is suppose to be departed late now concern is dont want to travel and if i cancelled my ticket then IRCTC will charge huge amount should i wait for chart preparation then go for TDR or simple canceled my ticket...plz response and suggest

How can we come to know that it is rescheduled ?
Is checking Live running status on any website not enough for delayed train.
Is rescheduling some kind of announcement on station or notification on some website. What is the correct way to check rescheduling ?
