yes condtn of some old Non AC Rakes are very poor.
there were plans to eliminate all Non AC Rakes with new AC Rakes by early 2017. not sure how much success on that.

What could we expect from a Metro Service which has an operating ratio of even more than 250%. Frankly speaking, Indian Railways should pull itself out from Kolkata metro.
