Yes why not,Tracks conversion means reconstruction of platforms and it takes a long time to complete.When MG platforms are converting into BG it requires increasing the level of platforms,Broading the platforms,laying new tracks,shed recunstruction,washable construction etc.During this time platforms are useless and no trains are placing in these platforms bcoz of construction work.
