Let me clarify the protocol which we all follow here.
(a) For a station in a Hindi speaking state (like Rajasthan, Jharkhand etc), we keep the regional name box blank, as we don't want the Hindi name to be written twice. The exceptional cases arise only when a separate language is written on the station board, for example Ajmer, where Urdu is written. In those cases we write that name also in the regional name box.
(b) Local names are only added when it is different than the existing English name. Otherwise we...
