My friend was having confirm ticket form DLI to BSB in 13120 of today's run. Last week, it showed that it is cancelled, on irctc. So he booked in KV express and is traveling right now. He thought irctc would automatically refund the amount, he didn't do anything. Now all of a sudden he receives a message saying that, chart prepared, train no 13120, from DLI to BSB. Etc. Now what should we do?

Anyways, I cancelled the ticket at 6 PM (When it was announced that train the train will depart at 8:10 PM, 2:15 hours late only)
But today I saw that it actually departed 3:10 minutes late.
Can I do something now atleast?

Sir ab to TdR file karne ka option bhi gaya ,, koi option nahi ab refund ka
You said you cancelled the ticket @ 6 :00 pm, I think you filed the TDR but not cancelled it because after chart preparation cancelation not allowed.
train cancel hone pr apne aap refund 3 working days mein aa jayega!
mera jaat agitation k time 2 trains mein booking tha aur train cancel hui thi toh chart prepared wagaira sab aaya pr 3 din baad full refund apne aap aaya!!
so aap pareshaan na hoiye.. date of journey se 3 working days aur itminaan se intezaar kriye!!

But he said train was not cancelled on that date, It actually have a run, because he overlooked the information on website and now he don't have any proof
