I do not understand, is it that i do not have knowledge, or there is it a rampant corruption in railway ticket booking, specially in tatkal ticket
this is the train No. 11016 kushinagar express, it runs from gorakhpur and goes till lokmanya tilak.
railways online booking says if you have to book ticket in tatkal it should be 2 days in advance, for example today is 24TH July and one can book tatkal for 26th july only

Sir Perhaps you are looking from any station from lucknow or after that ?
Train start GKP on 26th and reaches LKO on 27th after midnight. So it is booked as per 26th booking from station before LKO.
