Due to election effect many new train is inaugurated from many UP cities and even first humsafar started due to election effect and even now many ICF trains are getting LHB rakes within record time so i want to ask whether for introduction of any train or allotment of LHB or any new type train introduction can only be done if in whole IR any particular state have elections coming/scheduled for a particular year/month??

ha bhaiyya yahi hota hai vote k liye or ab note hai nai deke vote lene k liye so train deke hi vote lele or ye baat to sahi hai ki bs UP me trains badhate ja rahe hai magar basic suvidhaye bhi nahi hai bahut se routes pe so ye sab bas election k result aane tak hoga fir rukh kisi or state ki or jayga or RM bolte hai politicaly use nai hone denge IR ko to abhi fir kya ho raha hai pehli humsafar UP se, Naye model rake ki train UP se,adhikaansh ICF trains ko LHB mil raha hai UP me wo bi record time me or yaha jo sadiyon se chal rahi trains hai jaise imperial mail CST-HWH via COI,Mhanagri,GT,Kerla exp,TN exp. etc. ko abhi tak LHB milne k liye rah dekhni pad rahi hai so ab jab in trains k state me election ayga kya...
