Due to election effect many new train is inaugurated from many UP cities and even first humsafar started due to election effect and even now many ICF trains are getting LHB rakes within record time so i want to ask whether for introduction of any train or allotment of LHB or any new type train introduction can only be done if in whole IR any particular state have elections coming/scheduled for a particular year/month??

I truly miss those years when RB was the solo time for new train announcement. Mid-year announcements demonstrate a greater role of politics that needs to be curbed.
