what about the revenues of other cities of jharkhand like dhanbad, ranchi, tata, koderma ??

Those stations doesn't fall under Adra division. I don't have any source of them.

Yes correct.....if Purulia were in ER then it would have got Pitlines, new trains till now...but Adra division totally neglected it.
