SCR provides the link for KK. It has a loco sharing arrangement with SCR trains at Manmad. Besides, there is no necessity that the home zone has to provide the locomotives for it's trains. Even if SWR provides the link, it will have to be used as a link for some SCR train at Manmad for proper utilization of locos. Let the link be as it is.
