Your ticket cannot be cancelled here. You yourself have to cancel it. If it is a e-ticket you can cancel it online through irctc using your id. If it was booked at a reservation counter, you need to go to the counter to cancel it.If booked through an agent, please contact that agent to do the needful.
As you wish to cancel your ticket, proceed fast as per earlier reply info. The refund is based on time factor. More earlier cancellation, more refund.
