I want to book a ticket from Bpopal to Pune in 3A and onward jorney ticket Pune - Satara in CC .. is it possible to get a single ticket with fare benifits?

yes it is possible. you perchase ticket from counter.
in reservation slip you write bhopal to satara.
then reservation up to pune.
then come down to onwards journey you write pune to satara and mention your class.etc.
