can any one give me information about how to get refund of railway ticket ? i had 2 ac tatkal ticket from bangalore to solapur n i was not getting my ticket to show to tc , Tc collected total fare charge from me n said u can claim for refund. now how n where should i claim for refund?

It seems, tht he had ticket to travel, but when TTE came he could not show to him for verification. and then TTE collected ful fare, and asked him to get refun.
Thus he has to file the TDR.
You need to file TDR :
Go to stn, with application and ticket and the receipt of what TTE gave, file the TDR and...
