Are admins capable of doing this task as of now?

Thanks for the discussion. Some posts within this discussion can also go into a FAQ question.
All FAQ answers are first available in the Blog Forum. Any guest or member can post to the Blog Forum. Some of these posts are later associated with a FAQ entry by an Admin. If a Question does not already exist, a new FAQ question is automatically created and that answer is automatically associated with that FAQ entry.

How to add to the FAQ section, without duplication?
1. Whenever you see an item of interest in the Blog or News tabs, think about some questions that the article answers. The question may not be directly related to the article. A simple example is this. Say you see a news post or blog post that says: "Delhi, the capital of India, has acquired a new rail link".
This

article is about some new rail link. But, this line also answers the question: "What is the capital of India?". So, the question does not directly have to correlate with the topic of the article.
2. Now, click on the "Add to FAQ" link. Do NOT start typing the question. First, just enter various combinations of keywords to see if there is a match for an existing question. In the above example, you would just type "capital", to see if an existing question matches. If not, then you would erase and type "India". If a match is found, select an existing question.
3. If no match is found, even after typing various keywords and combinations one after the other, then start and type a new question.
This way duplicate questions are avoided, and the reader can see all answers in one place.
