I am just astonishing that still this train have the departure time 20:15 PM and actually it starts at 05:30 AM . it has been over more than four months and still the officlal time schedule has not been changed .please tell me what is the right forum for this to change the actual time .

Are bhai jaan hai toh jahan hai. So, plz think that Railways are making efforts for ur safety only.
I am not talking about the reschedule of timings How can a train run with reschedule of timings of more than four months . If required make the reschedule timings to the actual timings so that the normal passenger who dont have the internet etc are benefitted . please understand that reschedule of timings is good for passengers then why they dont make the reschedule of timings as permanent .
How much time you think to notify a reschedule timing as actual timings ?
If it is more than four months then I hope you are also on the same category -- doing nothing but extracts tax payers money .
