As per railways either all will be upgraded or none. How come in this only 2 is upgraded and d other 2 is in same class.. STRANGE

I don't find this to be something of discussion, as per my view. The upgradation takes place depending upon seat/berth availability. Being RLGN/RLWL, the person booking the ticket may not have asked for same coach.....

Yes I Agree MURLI.
Probably there were only 2 Vacant berths in 2A left for upgradation. And this Ticket was the Lucky pick.
