They can also ask the coach attendant for bed rolls in the train. The same will be supplied to the passenger, again on a payment of Rs. 25 (Subject to availability)
The above condition for Garib Rath train also applies for Sleeper Class existing in other trains.

For passengers travelling in First Class (Non-AC), they need to request to the coach attendant for providing them with the bed rolls.
The same will be provided to them on payment of Rs. 25 (Subject to availability)
Note: First Class existing in the Toy Trains are Sitting Classes and hence the above condition do not apply for them.
