This is to address persistent and lingering questions about FM Appointments:

1. Being an FM is a service. It is NOT supposed to be some kind of "reward" or "medal" to "deserving" members. The ULTIMATE OBJECTIVE of the process is to promptly handle/look into Reports filed by members, which is expected to lead to good site administration. So, please, let us not lose sight of the END RESULT. Let us NOT get lost in arguments about who "deserves", etc. The ultimate objective is BETTER Forum ADMINISTRATION - we should not be losing...

But sir, Making controversial decisions should be stopped. There are enough members who are effective but making a controversial person FM may disrupt forum for a week, which we have seen. Also if you make imature person a FM so it is automatically there, that some controversy may happen and by then the time which the concern FM should give on personal task being an immature person he kill on IRI. In subrat case, he is 16yr old having board, May be you didn't knew about it but after knowing you kept him on job which requires maximum feasibility/time on IRI. I had demand a break-time for him so that he consider/concentrate on studies but after your this act he may have changed but presence on IRI still on higher side.
