Yes that's true. Trains going towards boe will arrive pf 2 at KNE. Trains going towards njp will arrive only pf 1.

I was talking on basis of NJP-NDLS and yes you were right its a Delhi bound train.
For going Purnea why did you go up to KNE? Purnea is just 25 kms by road from KIR, out side KIR stn you'll get regular shared autos, buses for Purnea, Araria. Purnea is just 40-45 mins by road from KIR stn..
