Disagree, May be few might be lazy. Just because of few, we shouldnot say 'most'. Most of them are working hard, doing extra works just as the eg told, where gangman is working beyond his km. There are shortage of employees, which railway need to take care. Whenever a new special train is introduced, commuters are happy, we are happy. But people like LP,ALP,TTE,Guard, it means extra work load. They won't get sufficient rest gap. And if somethings goes wrong like SPARD, they will go under scrutiny.
