Shri. K. Jithesh, Travelling Ticket Inspector/Sleeper/Shoranur of Palakkad Division, during his service by Train No.16650 of 03.01.2017 traced a costly I-phone lost by a passenger named Shri Sebin Thomas, Bangalore in travel and handed it to the rightful owner after tracing the owner through mobile number on the Reservation application available at Bangalore. In appreciation of his initiative and service, the Chief Commercial Manager of Southern Railway, Chennai has sanctioned an amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) for his service rendered to the passenger Shri Sebin Thomas of Bangalore in restoring his costly I-phone
